Mediation
Mr. Castillo devotes a portion of his practice to mediating civil disputes. He has been certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Circuit Civil Mediator and has also been certified by the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida. Marcus has resolved a wide variety of disputes including personal injury and wrongful death, business and contract cases, employment litigation matters and employee benefits/ERISA cases.
