Lee L. Haas is a Florida Bar board certified business litigation attorney.  He has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1983, having graduated from the University of Florida (B.A. with high honors, 1980; J.D., 1983). He is admitted to the United States District Court for the Middle and Northern Districts of Florida and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

He has handled probate and trust litigation, construction litigation, real property and boundary disputes, mortgage foreclosures, landlord/tenant disputes and fraud cases. He has also litigated trade secret and non-compete cases.

Lee is a member of the Clearwater Bar Association having served on its board of directors (1988-1989; Secretary 1989-1990). He is a certified court arbitrator and has served on court ordered arbitration panels. He is also a member of the Christian Legal Society.

He has been active in the community through service as a youth soccer coach and member of a fundraising committee for Calvary Christian High School. He is active in his church and is a member of the church orchestra. Lee is married and has two children.
