We represent owners, as well as architects, residential designers, engineers, general contractors, and subcontractors in payment disputes and design/construction defect claims.  Our representation includes contract drafting and negotiation; construction lien-related documents, including transfer bonds; and arbitration and litigation of disputes and claims, including surety bonds and insurance coverage for defective construction.
