Of Counsel to the firm as of November 1, 2025, Marcus is Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Florida Bar, one of the first lawyers in the state to achieve that distinction. He leads our employment and employee benefits practice.
Marcus Castillo was a shareholder for over 32 years and remains of counsel to the firm. Across a 40+ year career he has handled a variety of complex commercial and business tort cases emphasizing construction disputes. He was a lead attorney in the nationwide Pulte fire-retardant plywood litigation and has handled similar construction product liability cases. He was also lead counsel in the landmark National American vs. Van Bebber bond litigation. Marcus has also handled both the trial and appeal of business disputes.
